Eleven communities across Jefferson County, and one yard in the eastern part of the county near Middletown. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 13720 Aiken Rd, in eastern Jefferson County near Middletown. That location decides the shape of our day: the eastern towns — Middletown, Anchorage, Lyndon and St. Matthews — are close enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, while the western and southern parts of the county — Shively, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park — are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. Jeffersontown and Fern Creek/ Highview sit in between, and usually land same-day when we are already routing that direction. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
Greater Louisville looks genuinely different place to place when it comes to running a truck. Louisville itself is a consolidated city-county — Louisville and Jefferson County merged into one metro government in 2003 — but it still runs like a collection of distinct places, from the dense, historic Victorian streetscape of Old Louisville to fast-growing new-construction corridors farther out. Jeffersontown, Middletown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon and Anchorage each kept their own separate city government even after the merger and each has its own small-town core, while Fern Creek, Highview, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park are unincorporated Louisville Metro communities with a more suburban, subdivision feel and no city hall of their own. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.
The service area
Every community here sits in the same county — Jefferson County — so the meaningful split is whether a town kept its own city government after the 2003 Louisville-Jefferson County merger, not which county line it is on.
The core city itself, including Old Louisville's dense historic streets and the fast-growing corridors farther out. Usually same-day.
Six towns that kept their own separate city government even after Louisville and Jefferson County merged in 2003. The eastern ones (Middletown, Anchorage, Lyndon, St. Matthews) are closest to our yard and usually same-day; Jeffersontown and Shively usually run next-day.
Four communities that are part of Louisville Metro directly, with no separate city government of their own. Fern Creek and Highview are usually same-day when we are already routing that direction; Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park usually run next-day.

All 11 communities across Jefferson County: Louisville itself, the incorporated cities of Jeffersontown, Middletown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon and Anchorage, and the Louisville Metro communities of Fern Creek, Highview, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park. Our yard is in eastern Jefferson County near Middletown, so the eastern towns are the quickest, and the western and southern parts of the county are next-day rather than same-day.
Distance is a real cost, so a Shively or Pleasure Ridge Park delivery is not priced the same as a Middletown one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Right after a severe-thunderstorm or tornado-watch line moves through in spring, right after a winter ice storm brings down limbs, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction sites tied to growth around Jeffersontown and Middletown book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties, relocations and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 11 communities listed on this page, all within Jefferson County. If you are just outside that footprint we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
