LSV Dumpster Rental Louisville runs out of a yard on 13720 Aiken Rd, in eastern Jefferson County near Middletown. The company started after seeing the same pattern too often — missed drop-offs, confusing pricing, or poor communication right when someone needed help the most. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.
Louisville is a genuinely consolidated city-county — Louisville and Jefferson County merged into one metro government back in 2003 — but it still runs like a collection of distinct places. Jeffersontown, Middletown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon and Anchorage each kept their own separate city government even after the merger, while Fern Creek, Highview, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park are unincorporated Louisville Metro communities with their own character but no city hall of their own. What changes town to town is access — a tight Old Louisville alley behind a century-old Victorian is a different job than an open new-construction lot out toward Jeffersontown — and real Ohio Valley weather, since both a spring tornado watch and a winter ice storm can turn into a downed-limb call with very little notice. Knowing which is which before the truck arrives is most of the job.
Whatever you are clearing — a storm-damaged roof, a family home, a new-construction site or a yard full of storm debris — the container exists for it. Call (502) 586-3745 and describe it in a sentence.

Twelve service lines out of one yard. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

How it works
Most bookings take under four minutes.
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which eastern-county streets fill up with new construction near Middletown, which St. Matthews and Lyndon lots have no off-street parking, what a narrow Old Louisville alley can and cannot take, and what the Snyder Freeway is doing on a given afternoon.
Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by incorporated status and how close each one is to the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and the local rules we run into.

Why us
The phone rings at 13720 Aiken Rd in eastern Jefferson County, not far off the Snyder Freeway near Middletown. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight in-town St. Matthews lot and a wide-open new-construction site out past Jeffersontown.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most eastern Jefferson County orders go out the same day. Farther towns like Shively or Pleasure Ridge Park are usually next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tighter lot, a narrow Old Louisville alley, or a new-construction site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
Louisville sits in the real Ohio Valley severe-weather corridor — spring tornado watches and straight-line wind events on one end of the year, winter ice storms that bring down limbs on the other. We size jobs for both, from a single storm-damage cleanup to a full new-build lot.

Credentials
Straightforward, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.
Fully insured for general liability and commercial auto. A certificate of insurance goes to your property manager, general contractor or builder on request, usually the same day.
LSV Dumpster Rental is locally owned and still runs out of one yard. The number on this page reaches the Louisville yard, not an answering service in another state.
Close to the yard across eastern Jefferson County, and out across the rest of Louisville Metro to Shively, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book, not after.
Clean concrete, scrap metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, not a state mandate here.

Dumpster rental prices in Louisville Metro typically range from $350 to $750. Here's exactly what moves your quote up or down before you call.
Guide
From household junk to roofing debris, here's what's fine to toss in a Kentucky dumpster rental — and the hazardous items that need a different disposal path.
Permits
Placing a dumpster on private property usually needs no permit — placing one on a public street does. Here's how Louisville Metro's permit process works.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our east-Jefferson-County yard near Aiken Rd to all eleven communities we cover across Louisville Metro — Louisville itself, plus the incorporated cities of Jeffersontown, Middletown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon and Anchorage, and the Louisville Metro communities of Fern Creek, Highview, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park. The eastern towns closest to our yard — Middletown, Anchorage, Lyndon and St. Matthews — are usually same-day; the western and southern parts of the county are next-day. If your address is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
Answers
Most jobs run roughly $350 to $750, depending on the container size, how dense the debris is, how long you keep it and how far out the delivery address is — every job is genuinely different, so that is a general range, not a quote. What matters more is how the price is built. Ours is a flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Call with a short description of the job and you will get a firm number on that call, not a callback.
In eastern Jefferson County near the yard, a morning call is often a same-day delivery. Farther towns in our service area — Shively, Okolona and similar — usually run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.
It depends on where the container sits. On your own driveway, curb apron or job site — private property — no permit is required. If the container has to sit in the public right-of-way, a street or sidewalk, you may need a temporary permit from Louisville Metro Public Works, and we can help walk you through that process. Our permit guide covers the pattern across the rest of the service area.
Paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, propane tanks and medical waste are never allowed in a roll-off. That list applies everywhere we deliver — it is the material that gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load.
A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard concrete or asphalt driveway — gravel, a newer pour, or a narrow Old Louisville alley with soft ground — and we will talk through the right approach before the truck arrives.
Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and landscape rock run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.
Yes, all 11 towns we cover — Louisville itself, plus the incorporated cities of Jeffersontown, Middletown, St. Matthews, Shively, Lyndon and Anchorage, and the Louisville Metro communities of Fern Creek, Highview, Okolona and Pleasure Ridge Park. Distance is real, so a Shively or Pleasure Ridge Park run is scheduled next-day rather than same-day and is not priced identically to an eastern-county delivery. We tell you both things on the phone before anything is booked.
Louisville has two genuinely busy stretches worth planning around: spring severe-weather season (roughly March through June), when a tornado watch or a straight-line wind event can bring down limbs and damage roofs with very little notice, and a real winter ice-storm season that does the same thing from the opposite direction. The spring-through-fall building and renovation season runs on top of both. Outside those windows, contractors are more available and containers are easier to schedule. If your job has to run during a busy window, book as far ahead as you can.
